04:23 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oaktree Specialty Lending (OCSL) has priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million worth of 7% notes due 2031 at par plus a "make-whole" premium, if applicable, the company said late Wednesday. Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to reduce the company's outstanding debt, as well as for general corporate purposes.
