Seaport Therapeutics Says GlyphAllo Shows no Next-Morning Driving Impairment in Phase 1 Trial

07:54 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seaport Therapeutics (SPTX) said Wednesday that its phase 1 driving simulation trial of GlyphAllo met its primary endpoint, with the 375 mg dose showing no next-morning driving impairment versus placebo after multiple-day dosing. The 250 mg dose also met a key secondary endpoint, it said. The trial enrolled 33 healthy volunteers, it added. Seaport said it is enrolling patients in a phase 2b trial for major depressive disorder and expects topline data in H1 of 2027. Shares of Seaport Therapeutics were 3.9% higher in premarket trading.
