Spain issues 4 billion euros in green bonds, receives 68 billion euros in oversubscription, achieving 80.9% of its annual financing goal

(1) The Spanish Ministry of Finance on Tuesday completed a €4 billion green bond syndicated underwriting, maturing in July 2047, with an issuance yield of 4.268%. The total order amount reached €68 billion, with a subscription ratio of over 17 times.
(2) This bond is Spain’s second green bond issued since launching its green bond program in 2021, marking the continued deepening of its green financing mechanism.
(3) After this issuance, Spain’s bond financing completion rate for the year has reached 80.9%, close to the full-year target.
