- The agreement follows Worthington Steel’s takeover offer for Kloeckner, completed on June 3, 2026.
- Kloeckner’s delisting from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange took effect on August 12, 2026.
- A shareholder vote is expected on October 23, 2026, with 75% support required for adoption.
- If passed, the agreement is set to take effect upon registration, no earlier than January 1, 2027.
