Shares of Solaris Energy Infrastructure gained after the company boosted its guidance for the rest of the year and forecast better-than-expected profit for the first quarter of next year.
The stock rose 9.1% to $60 in premarket trading on Tuesday. Shares were up 20% year to date at market close.
The company said it now expects adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $110 million to $130 million for the third quarter, up from its prior range of $90 million to $105 million.
For the fourth quarter, the company now projects adjusted Ebitda of $145 million to $180 million, up from $100 million to $120 million previously.
The company also gave an initial outlook for the first quarter of 2027, guiding for adjusted Ebitda of $200 million to $240 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $129.1 million.
The new guidance ranges factor in stronger contributions from both Solaris Energy's core power services offerings and better-than-expected performance from its recently-acquired businesses, the company said.
