According to reports, thanks to the continuous influx of 2-nanometer process orders driven by large orders from U.S. technology companies such as Tesla and Broadcom, Samsung Electronics' wafer plant in Taylor, Texas, will begin trial production at the end of this month or early next month. The plant is currently operating at full capacity, with all planned output already fully booked. It is reported that the yield rate of the 2-nanometer process was about 60% at the beginning of this year and has recently reached around 80%, making it capable of mass production. The plant is expected to begin mass production next year.
