VET Price Could Be Ready to Move as Bulls Challenge Key 4H Resistance

  • VET challenges descending 4H resistance after reclaiming the 20-day EMA.
  • A confirmed breakout and strong volume could signal the next recovery phase.
  • Rejection may keep VET range-bound while sellers attempt to regain control.

VeChain — VET, is back at a level that could shape the next major price move. Bulls have pushed toward descending resistance on the four-hour chart. This marks the third test of the trendline, raising the stakes. A clean breakout could quickly change the current market structure. Traders now have one question: can VET break higher and hold? The answer could determine whether a broader recovery gains traction from here.

VET Regains Momentum as Buyers Challenge Resistance

VeChain has returned to focus after reclaiming an important technical level. The token now trades near $0.00484 after recovering from early July weakness. Buyers have gradually improved momentum across recent sessions. The recovery has also pushed VET back above the 20-day exponential moving average. That move gives bulls a short-term technical advantage.

The 20-day EMA often helps traders track near-term momentum. Holding above the average could encourage more buyers to enter the market. However, VET now faces a much tougher challenge above current levels. The descending resistance on the four-hour chart remains the key obstacle. VET has now reached the trendline for the third time. Each test gives buyers another opportunity to challenge sellers.

More importantly, repeated tests can weaken resistance when demand continues building. VET currently appears to be testing that boundary again. Buyers need a decisive breakout to strengthen the bullish setup. A brief move above resistance would not necessarily confirm a trend reversal. Bulls would need to defend the breakout and establish support above the trendline.

VET Needs a Confirmed Breakout to Unlock Further Upside

The current setup gives bulls a clear technical objective. They need to break the descending resistance and hold above the trendline. Such a move could signal that the next recovery phase has started. The 20-day EMA provides another level worth monitoring during any pullback. Holding above the average would help preserve short-term bullish momentum. Losing that support could weaken the recovery and invite renewed selling pressure.

For now, VET sits at a critical decision point. Buyers have regained some control, but sellers still defend the upper boundary. The third resistance test could prove especially important for the next move. A confirmed breakout would strengthen the bullish case considerably. Rising volume would add further credibility to the move. Traders may then shift attention toward higher resistance zones.

However, rejection would keep VET trapped within the current range. Sellers could use another failed attempt to regain momentum. That scenario would likely delay any sustained recovery. For VET bulls, the message remains straightforward. Break resistance, hold the breakout, and build volume. Until those conditions appear, caution remains necessary.
