HMM signs a long-term shipping contract worth 4.697 trillion KRW with Vale

South Korean shipping company HMM announced that it has signed a long-term cargo transportation contract with Vale, with a total contract value of 4.697 trillion Korean won (approximately $3.455 billion USD), equivalent to 43.13% of HMM's sales revenue for the 2025 fiscal year. The contract period is from April 1, 2030 to October 31, 2056, and the transportation routes include markets such as Brazil.
