The U.S. Secretary of Energy, Wright: Efforts regarding Venezuela's debt restructuring are still ongoing. Oil fields will be developed for Americans and Venezuelans. Transaction agreements have been signed with Italian oil company Eni Group and GE Vernova. It is unlikely that Venezuelan oil will enter the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
