According to Golden Ten Data APP, filings from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reveal that Asian golf service provider Golf Lifestyle Group (abbreviated as "GLGHK") submitted its initial public offering (IPO) application this Tuesday, aiming to raise up to 30 million dollars.
According to the prospectus, the company plans to issue 5 million ordinary shares at an offering price range between 5 and 7 dollars per share. Based on the midpoint of the offering price range, GLGHK's market capitalization after listing will be approximately 83 million dollars.
GLGHK has built a comprehensive business ecosystem that covers golf services, lifestyle membership programs, customized events, travel products, and digital platforms. The company's revenue primarily comes from its group services sector, which provides professional golf training, business networking, and team-building services to corporate clients and private groups. Additionally, tournament management and promotion, as well as golf card services, are also important sources of income.
The company is headquartered in Hong Kong and was founded in 2012. For the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, it achieved revenue of about 2 million dollars. GLGHK plans to list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, with the stock ticker proposed as "GLG." The company previously submitted an application confidentially on March 23, 2026. Pacific Century Securities will act as the sole bookrunner for this offering.
