- Net rental income increased 4.6% to CHF 21.9 million; vacancy edged up 0.1 percentage point to 1.4%.
- Property sales delivered CHF 6.5 million profit, with disposals priced 19.4% above last carrying values.
- Guidance calls for 2026 operating EPS excluding revaluation of CHF 0.65-0.70, net target rent about CHF 44.9 million.
