According to BeInCrypto, Robert Kiyosaki claims to carry $1.2 billion in debt, which originates from mortgage loans on apartment buildings rather than Bitcoin and gold holdings. Robert Kiyosaki’s ex-wife stated that the $1.2 billion is a loan shared with partners and involves around 1,500 apartments, with Kiyosaki’s individual exposure being less than this figure. Bitcoin is not used to secure any loans; the collateral consists of physical properties and rental income. Robert Kiyosaki’s company filed for bankruptcy in 2012 after losing a lawsuit.
