This crude oil is divided into two main sources: 2.53 million barrels per day originate from oil export terminals along the Gulf of Oman, while the remaining 4.39 million barrels per day are transported via the Strait of Hormuz. Most of this oil is transferred to other tankers waiting in the waters of the Gulf of Oman before being shipped to subsequent destinations.
