- Development targets BRL 400 million in gross sales value, featuring two 31-story towers with 88 apartments totaling 19,500 sq. meters.
- Apartment sizes range from 197 to 254 sq. meters, including penthouses; delivery is scheduled for June 2030.
- Golden Lake is planned across eight phases with 20 residential towers, roughly 250,000 sq. meters, and estimated BRL 5.2 billion VGV.
- First three phases total 309 units, about 73,000 sq. meters, and an estimated BRL 1.4 billion VGV.
