Avanti Gold Upsizes Private Placement Financing to C$45 Million

12:25 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avanti Gold (AGC.CN) said Monday that it upsized its private placement financing of units by C$10 million, to C$45 million. The company will now issue 90 million units at C$0.50 each. Each unit will consist of one share and one three-year warrant to buy a share at C$0.65. The underwriters have been granted a 15% over-allotment option, which, if fully exercised, would raise proceeds to C$51.75 million, Avanti said. Proceeds will be used to advance the Misisi Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Avanti Gold shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.50 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
