Perpetua Advancing Stibnite Gold Project Construction After Favorable Court Ruling

08:39 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Perpetua Resources (PPTA.TO) continues to advance the Stibnite gold project in Idaho after the US District Court of Idaho affirmed Aug. 18 federal approvals on the development. Plaintiffs have filed an appeal to the decision, but Perpetua continues to progress several construction activities, citing the court's previous denial of the plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction, Perpetua said Monday. Perpetua said key components of the project's dual autoclaves are currently being manufactured, while it is building a permanent worker housing facility. Perpetua also said it continues to advance construction of key infrastructure, while a 10,000-meter expiation drilling program remains ongoing.
