SLB to acquire Kelvion for $3.4 billion

Aug 31 (Reuters) - Oilfield services provider SLB SLB.N said on Monday it will acquire thermal management provider Kelvion from Apollo Global APO.N for $3.4 billion in cash, not including debt.
