Zenergy forms 50-50 production joint venture with Wermlands Mur & Kakelteknik in Skillingaryd
Reuters2026/08/28 15:31- Zenergy signed an agreement on Aug. 12 to form a 50-50 production and contracting joint venture in Skillingaryd with Wermlands Mur & Kakelteknik.
- The venture aims to share costs, revenue, and operating risk in manufacturing, lowering exposure to the plant’s fixed-cost base.
- Separately, an Aug. 11 non-binding cooperation letter with RSG Stockholm targets a pipeline of about 360 apartments, around 26,000 sq m.
