- He will partner the CEO on strategic growth for the eyecare business, focusing on expansion initiatives, operations, business development.
- Shin is medical director at the ISEC Perak group, Ipoh Centre director, former founder-consultant ophthalmologist at IE Centre, Kampar Eye.
- He holds 6,301,358 ordinary shares in the company.
