- Closing is expected in the coming months, subject to Canadian Standards Association member approval and other customary conditions.
- CSA’s TIC unit is headquartered in Toronto, with 20 laboratories across 12 countries and about 2,100 employees.
- The business serves about 11,000 customers, with OSHA-recognized NRTL status in the U.S. and SCC accreditation in Canada.
- The Canadian Standards Association will remain a separate not-for-profit standards body, outside the transaction.
