- Net sales fell 5.9% to EUR 30.23 million, as textile semifinished products declined to EUR 13.91 million while finished products rose to EUR 16.32 million.
- EBT widened to a loss of EUR 349,236, hit by weaker demand and higher personnel costs in textile semifinished products.
- Operating cash flow turned negative at EUR -407,000; cash slid to EUR 8.67 million following EUR 1.2 million in dividends.
- Management said it can no longer uphold its expectation of a positive 2026 group result, citing limited demand visibility and geopolitical uncertainty.
