Baltic Sea Properties H1 2026 profit more than doubled to EUR 3.42 million; rental income falls 5.01% to EUR 4.37 million

- Rental income fell 5.02% to EUR 4.37 million, hit by a temporary vacancy at BSP Park Vilnius East.
- EBITDA slipped 6.29% to EUR 3.08 million, while EPRA earnings came in at EUR 1.28 million, or NOK 1.66 per share.
- Portfolio value rose to EUR 126.1 million as investment properties recorded a EUR 2.87 million valuation uplift; net LTV was 46.83%.
- Management said about 85% of Vilnius East is now let, targeting full lease-up by Q1 2027 as contracted rents point to a stronger H2.
