Autodesk Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

04:18 PM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Autodesk (ADSK) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $3.30 per diluted share, up from $2.62 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.12. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $2.05 billion, up from $1.76 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $2.01 billion. The company expects Q3 adjusted EPS of $3.04 to $3.09 and revenue between $2.13 billion and $2.14 billion. Analysts expect $3.14 and $2.08 billion. The company expects fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS of $12.52 to $12.60 and revenue between $8.30 billion and $8.35 billion. Analysts expect $12.58 on $8.21 billion, respectively. Shares of Autodesk were down 5.5% in after-hours trading.
