Reuters2026/08/27 14:17- Investec Bank (Mauritius) issued a correction to its 11 Aug 2026 SENS notice on ZAR preference share dividends payable 31 Aug 2026.
- IMRP1 gross dividend corrected to ZAR 6,548.65 cents per share; dividend tax ZAR 1,309.73 cents; net ZAR 5,238.92 cents.
- IMRP2 gross dividend corrected to ZAR 9,015.21 cents per share; dividend tax ZAR 1,803.04 cents; net ZAR 7,212.17 cents.
- IMRP3 gross dividend corrected to ZAR 7,212.17 cents per share; dividend tax ZAR 1,442.43 cents; net ZAR 5,769.73 cents.
- Other key dates and terms for the IMRP1, IMRP2, IMRP3 redeemable cumulative preference shares were unchanged.
