Reuters2026/08/27 12:11- Scotts Miracle-Gro extended its receivables purchase facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank through Aug. 31, 2027 from Sept. 1, 2026.
- Facility permits weekly, uncommitted sales of up to USD 750 million of eligible customer receivables generated from five specified customers.
- Structure remains non-recourse, subject to limited repurchase and indemnity obligations tied to eligibility breaches or post-sale dilution disputes.
- Recourse exposure continues to be supported by USD 75 million in standby letters of credit issued under its senior secured revolving facility.
- Proceeds from receivables sales expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
