07:09 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Humanoid Global Holdings (ROBO.CN) appointed board member Sunny Ray as chief executive following the resignation of Shahab Samimi as CEO, effective Aug. 21, the company said in a statement late Wednesday. Ray is an engineer and entrepreneur with experience spanning robotics, embodied AI, advanced automation and digital assets, the company said. Shares of the company closed up 6.7% to C$0.32 on Wednesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
