- Gross profit more than doubled to S$ 7.56 million; operating cash flow reached S$ 5.6 million.
- Interim dividend set at 0.57 cents a share, distributing S$ 1.02 million; payout was about 43% of net profit.
- Beryl House dormitory began generating income; engineering booked S$ 5.47 million of offshore and marine wins for FY27–FY28.
