- Deal increased from the previously announced USD 1 billion; initial purchasers hold an option for up to USD 150 million more.
- Net proceeds estimated at about USD 1.08 billion, or about USD 1.23 billion if the option is exercised in full.
- Offering expected to close Aug. 31, 2026; proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes.
- Concurrent with pricing, the company repurchased about USD 225 million of ordinary shares at USD 249.29 per share.
