Delta to Resume Daily Nonstop Flights Between New York and Tel Aviv on Sept. 6

11:05 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Delta Air Lines (DAL) will restart daily nonstop flights between New York's JFK International Airport and Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport, with the first flight leaving New York on Sept. 6 and returning from Tel Aviv on Sept. 7. "The resumption of service follows a thorough review of the evolving security environment in the region," Delta said Wednesday. "The safety and security of our customers and employees remain our top priority, and Delta will continue to monitor the situation closely in coordination with aviation authorities and government agencies." The announcement comes one day after United Airlines (UAL) said it was planning to resume flights from San Francisco to Tel Aviv in 2027. Price: 83.69, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +0.08
