04:48 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Microsoft (MSFT), Amazon.com (AMZN) and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google are in talks with Chinese AI startup Moonshot AI over revenue-sharing deals for hosting the latter's Kimi K3 model, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter. Sources told Reuters that Moonshot is trying to secure up to a 30% revenue share from services related to Kimi K3 that are deployed on Google Cloud, Microsoft's Azure and Amazon Web Services. Talks remain in early stages, and there is no guarantee that any deal will be reached, the sources noted. Issues still under discussion include revenue allocation, data access and auditing of token usage, Reuters reported. The companies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
