Helium Evolution Raises C$25 Million in Private Placement Financing

04:07 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helium Evolution (HEVI.V) raised C$25 million in a private placement of 166.7 million units, the company said Tuesday. Each unit, priced at C$0.15, is comprised of one share and a three-year warrant to buy a share at C$0.30. Proceeds will be used to develop the company's Saskatchewan helium assets. Helium Evolution shares closed up C$0.03 at C$0.24 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
