- Management attributed the narrower loss mainly to lower professional fees and reduced share-based payments.
- Higher administrative costs and corporate communications spending partially offset those declines.
- Liquidity strengthened, with cash rising to CAD 5.21 million from CAD 1.45 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Funding reflected a CAD 5.41 million unit financing, warrant exercises of CAD 279,550, option exercises of CAD 81,000.
