Akamai Technologies, Deloitte Canada Team Up on Platform-Based Cyber Resilience

06:53 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Akamai Technologies (AKAM) formed a strategic alliance with Deloitte Canada to help organizations strengthen cyber resilience against AI-accelerated cyberthreats, the company said Tuesday. The alliance brings together Deloitte's cybersecurity services with Akamai's services for network segmentation, web and DDoS protection, and API security, the company said. Deloitte will provide end-to-end cybersecurity strategy, architecture and implementation services using Akamai's platform, while the companies plan joint go-to-market efforts across North America, it added. Akamai shares were up more than 1% in premarket trading.
