(*) Italy's Defence Minister Guido Crosetto said on Monday Italy has seen nothing to suggest that Russia was behind last week's explosion at a munitions plant near Rome.

The French-Italian carmaker said Monday it is recalling 955,000 vehicles worldwide because radio software may prevent rear-view cameras from operating properly.

ExxonMobil XOM.N said on Monday it has awarded about $1.1 billion worth of pre-investment contracts for Mozambique's Rovuma LNG project, of which Eni is one of the partners.

JP Morgan cut its rating on the Italian insurer to "Neutral" from "Overweight" and raised it target price to €46 from €44.

The Italian lender said on Monday it would not ask the European Central Bank to include its first-half earnings in its CET1 capital ratio, which as a consequence results at 14.02% at the end of June.

INTESA SANPAOLO ISP.MI

Italy's biggest bank held a stake worth about $966 million in Elon Musk's SpaceX SPCX.O as of June 30, an SEC filing showed.
