Ecopetrol Investimentos completes Brava Energia takeover, takes 51% stake

- The closing also included a private purchase of common shares representing about 26% of Brava’s share capital.
- Ecopetrol Investimentos now holds 236,924,207 shares, equal to about 51% of Brava’s share capital.
- Transaction completion was dated Aug. 17, 2026.
