- Management highlighted BRL 467 million–470 million consolidated cash generation in H1; net debt fell to BRL 5.9 billion at June 30.
- Pro forma net debt projected at BRL 4.6 billion after July Resia proceeds, Luggo BRL 150 million, additional Resia sales contributing BRL 719 million.
- Resia asset disposals prioritized cash over price; US$ 400 million of sales announced in 2026, targeted to cut MRV leverage by about 28%.
- MRV Incorporação posted 31.2% gross margin; net sales BRL 2.75 billion; adjusted net income BRL 55 million; Brazil net debt/EBITDA eased to 1.08x.
