- Operating income was $117,205, swinging from an operating loss of $75,121, helped by lower general and administrative expense.
- Unrealized gain on marketable securities climbed to $829,976; realized investment results turned to a loss of $64,649.
- Held $4.4 million in cash and marketable securities, with net working capital of $4.5 million; continued exploring growth opportunities outside restaurants.
