JPMorgan cuts DBV Technologies stake below 10% to 8.67%

- It then fell back below 10% on Aug. 10, reporting 25,680,026 shares, or 8.67%.
- The moves were driven by changes in holdings counted by assimilation, largely tied to prime brokerage custody and financing activity.
- JPMorgan said it had no intention to take control or seek board representation.
