- Revenue fell 19.3% to US$1.08 million, driven by a 74.3% drop in futures brokerage commissions to US$164,201.
- Operating loss widened to US$386,954 from income of US$85,992, as total expenses rose to US$1.46 million.
- Interest income from the loan business climbed to US$416,139, while other service revenues rose to US$374,315.
- After quarter-end, it closed a private placement raising gross proceeds of US$80 million, with US$65 million advanced as of June 30.
