Diös signs 10-year lease with Nordic Wellness at Västra Stranden project in Luleå
Reuters2026/08/17 04:02- Diös signed new leases for its Västra Stranden development in Luleå, adding tenants Visionite, an IT consultancy, and Nordic Wellness.
- Nordic Wellness took 590 sq m on a 10-year green lease, with a planned opening on Sept. 1.
- Visionite will lease 254 sq m from August on a five-year green lease.
- The mixed-use project includes environmentally certified buildings, commercial space, offices, and about 70 condominiums.
- Västra Stranden is being built in phases, with full completion targeted for the first half of 2027.
