Taoping names Co-CEO Bin Ma to board after president Zhao resigns

- Chief Marketing Officer Huan Li also stepped down effective immediately; the President and CMO roles were eliminated.
- Responsibilities will be reassigned across existing management; the company does not plan to refill the positions.
- Bin Ma was appointed to the board on Aug. 12, 2026, filling Zhao’s vacancy.
- Ma has served as co-CEO since March 2, 2026; he also leads Skyladder Group and has real estate, management experience.
