- General and administrative expenses climbed to USD 368,366, up more than doubled, while revenue remained at no revenue.
- Loss on settlement and repricing of convertible notes widened to USD 20.23 million, up 33.1%, while derivative liability movements rose to USD 8.19 million.
- Cash was USD 48 at June 30, 2026, with a working capital deficit of USD 23 million, including a derivative liability of USD 12.6 million.
- Operations stayed pre-revenue as it pivoted toward Jetties (IPSIPAY) and FINAP USA payment-processing joint ventures, both not yet commenced.
