- General and administrative expenses climbed to $11.1 million from $3.3 million, including $6.8 million of severance tied to the PoNS divestiture.
- Nonoperating income totaled $2.4 million, including a $3.1 million gain on the sale of the PoNS business.
- Built its first institutional validator cluster in Tokyo; signed a partnership with the Jito Foundation to expand Asia-Pacific Solana infrastructure.
