- Program runs Aug. 18, 2026 to Aug. 17, 2027, with shares bought for cancellation.
- Daily TSX purchases capped at 59,558 shares, tied to average daily volume of 238,233 shares.
- Prior buyback expiring Aug. 17, 2026 authorized 5,542,173 shares; 1,021,400 were repurchased at a weighted average price of $41.89.
