Dasa 2Q26 EBITDA rises 53% vs 2Q25 current scope to R$ 446 million; net loss narrows to R$ 35 million
Reuters2026/08/13 22:54- Dasa posted a net loss of R$ 35 million in 2Q26, narrowing from a loss of R$ 454 million a year earlier on a current-scope basis.
- EBITDA rose 52.6% to R$ 446 million versus 2Q25 current scope, lifting the EBITDA margin to 20.1%, up 5.8 percentage points.
- Gross revenue increased 8% to R$ 2.41 billion on a current-scope basis, led by Diagnostics National, up 9% to R$ 2.21 billion.
- Free cash flow turned positive to R$ 292 million from negative R$ 18 million, while net financial debt after acquisitions payable fell 23% to R$ 5.62 billion.
- Management cited simplification and efficiency gains; it also completed a R$ 700 million 23rd debenture to redeem the 16th issuance.
