- EBITDA rose 17.4% to R$ 3.56 billion, as gross revenue increased 8.5% to R$ 16.39 billion.
- Net debt climbed 19.2% to R$ 32.52 billion, lifting net leverage to 2.36x from 2.07x.
- Capex rose 7.4% to R$ 1.53 billion, while concession-area energy consumption increased 4% to 19,933 GWh.
- CEO Gustavo Estrella said CPFL filed interest with the MME to join a curtailment-compensation commitment term, with the process expected to conclude in 2027.
