- Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to R$ 502.6 million, lifting the adjusted margin to 53.7% from 49.8% a year earlier.
- Recurring-income gross revenue rose 30.3% to R$ 439.6 million; adjusted EBITDA increased 31% to R$ 197.3 million.
- Airport gross revenue jumped 53.6% to R$ 107.4 million; adjusted EBITDA rose 25.7% to R$ 56.2 million.
- Completed Embassair FBO acquisition in Miami; opened CJ Boa Vista Village; announced Enjoy Punta del Este operation to be expanded into a multiuse complex.
