Aureus Greenway FY26 Q2 net loss narrows to $39,262; revenue rises 18% to $708,458

- Revenue rose 13% to $2.18 million, driven by higher one-time green fees, food and beverage, merchandise, and ancillary income.
- Operating loss widened to $2.22 million as operating costs more than doubled to $4.4 million on stock-based compensation and higher G&A.
- Cash and cash equivalents fell 23% to $22.2 million, following a $20 million investment in a 10% convertible promissory note maturing March 23, 2027.
