- General and administrative costs increased to USD 178,358; monthly sponsor reimbursement under its administrative services agreement was USD 22,900.
- Marketable securities in the Trust Account rose to USD 263.62 million, including about USD 10.62 million of interest earned to date.
- Cash outside the Trust Account was about USD 213,329, with a working capital surplus of USD 321,357; no working capital loans were outstanding.
