- Interest and dividend income from the trust account fell 23.61% to USD 1.37 million, while general and administrative costs jumped to USD 628,701 from USD 233,288.
- First-half net income dropped 52.24% to USD 1.5 million, as trust-account interest and dividends declined to USD 2.88 million from USD 3.52 million.
- Trust assets slid to USD 42.87 million at June 30 from USD 171.41 million at year-end, following USD 131.5 million of shareholder redemptions.
- The SPAC extended its deal deadline to Dec. 20, 2026, while Everli deposited USD 78,478 to push the current extension to Aug. 20, 2026.
